Through flowing sequences, restorative postures, and mindful breathwork, you'll cultivate relaxation, improve mobility and release tension. Cancellation Policy

Studio Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and maintain availability, please review our cancellation policy, which varies by class type. 1. Pay-As-You-Go Classes Cancelation: Cancel 12+ hours before class for a full credit. Late Cancellation (<12 hours): Class fee is forfeited. No-Show: No refund of credit. 2. Subscription Memberships Cancelation: Cancel 6+ hours before class with no fee. Late Cancellation (<6 hours): £5 late fee applied. No-Show: £10 fee applies; frequent no-shows may restrict booking privileges. 3. Block Packages Cancelation: Cancel 12+ hours before class to retain your class credit. Late Cancellation (<12 hours): Credit is forfeited. No-Show: Credit is forfeited. 4. Workshops & Retreats Cancellation: 14+ days before: Full refund or credit. 7-13 days: 50% refund or credit. Less than 7 days: Non-refundable. No-Show: Workshop fee is forfeited. Transfers: Spots may be transferred to another person with 24 hours' notice. Emergency Cancellations: For emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible; accommodations are at the studio’s discretion.
