Children’s Reiki/Wellness Session
Service Description
Ashleigh started children’s reiki / wellness sessions last year as a trial and they really took off so here’s a formal introduction about the sessions. Ashleigh has specialised in early years for over 20 years , having worked in a nursery for 8 years , also as deputy manager trained in level 3 , 4 and 5 then went on to management of care homes specialising in learning disabilities and autism. Ashleigh has always had a passion for helping young people and believe This can be very beneficial to your child’s mental health and well being. She teaches strategies to regulate their emotions and understanding their own emotional needs. Reiki is a very gentle and non intrusive method of healing which can be given hands on or hands off. We start with a little introduction of what’s going to happen during the session and then a massage of the child’s choice. Next is crystal Reiki to a guided meditation, some children just like listening to music as meditation can over stimulate them. Ashleigh will talk through some mindfulness cards and techniques. Your child then chooses their own crystal and can do some shamanic drumming if they would like to. Through Ashleigh`s experience in these sessions with the children, they have proven to be very successful in creating a calm sense of wellbeing and more so with children who are neurodivergent. Ashleigh is fully insured however we do ask all parents/ carers to remain with their child during the session.
Cancellation Policy
Studio Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and maintain availability, please review our cancellation policy, which varies by class type. 1. Pay-As-You-Go Classes Cancelation: Cancel 12+ hours before class for a full credit. Late Cancellation (<12 hours): Class fee is forfeited. No-Show: No refund of credit. 2. Subscription Memberships Cancelation: Cancel 6+ hours before class with no fee. Late Cancellation (<6 hours): £5 late fee applied. No-Show: £10 fee applies; frequent no-shows may restrict booking privileges. 3. Block Packages Cancelation: Cancel 12+ hours before class to retain your class credit. Late Cancellation (<12 hours): Credit is forfeited. No-Show: Credit is forfeited. 4. Workshops & Retreats Cancellation: 14+ days before: Full refund or credit. 7-13 days: 50% refund or credit. Less than 7 days: Non-refundable. No-Show: Workshop fee is forfeited. Transfers: Spots may be transferred to another person with 24 hours' notice. Emergency Cancellations: For emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible; accommodations are at the studio’s discretion.
