Burnout and Balance: A Workshop for Women Join us for a 2-hour workshop where you'll: โœจ Understand what's really happening - Learn the stages of burnout and where you are on the spectrum ๐Ÿ”‹ Reclaim your energy - Identify what drains you and what fills you back up ๐ŸŒธ Reconnect with your purpose - Explore your ikigai (reason for being) as your compass for balance ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Build sustainable boundaries - Create a personalised plan that actually works for YOUR life ๐Ÿ’ Give yourself permission - To rest, to say no, to disappoint others, to prioritise yourself This workshop is for you if: You feel exhausted even after rest You're doing everything for everyone else but yourself You know something needs to change but don't know where to start You want practical tools, not just another list of things to do You're ready to stop surviving and start thriving What You'll Receive: ๐Ÿ“– Comprehensive participant booklet with self-assessments, worksheets, and ongoing tools ๐Ÿค Supportive community of women who truly understand ๐ŸŽฏ Actionable balance plan you'll create during the workshop ๐Ÿ’ซ Permission to prioritise yourself without guilt "You cannot pour from an empty cup." It's time to fill yours. Balance isn't about doing it allโ€”it's about doing what matters most to you. Facilitated by Sue Smith, Certified Ikigai and Life Coach This workshop complements but does not replace professional mental health treatment. Cancellation Policy

Studio Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and maintain availability, please review our cancellation policy, which varies by class type. 1. Pay-As-You-Go Classes Cancelation: Cancel 24+ hours before class for a full credit. Late Cancellation (<24 hours): Class fee is forfeited. No-Show: No refund of credit. 2. Subscription Memberships Cancelation: Cancel 12+ hours before class with no fee. Late Cancellation (<12 hours): ยฃ5 late fee applied. No-Show: ยฃ10 fee applies; frequent no-shows may restrict booking privileges. 3. Block Packages Cancelation: Cancel 24+ hours before class to retain your class credit. Late Cancellation (<24 hours): Credit is forfeited. No-Show: Credit is forfeited. 4. Workshops & Retreats Cancellation: 14+ days before: Full refund or credit. 7-13 days: 50% refund or credit. Less than 7 days: Non-refundable. No-Show: Workshop fee is forfeited. Transfers: Spots may be transferred to another person with 24 hours' notice. Emergency Cancellations: For emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible; accommodations are at the studioโ€™s discretion.
