Cancellation Policy
Studio Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and maintain availability, please review our cancellation policy, which varies by class type. 1. Pay-As-You-Go Classes Cancelation: Cancel 12+ hours before class for a full refund or credit. Late Cancellation (<12 hours): Class fee is forfeited. No-Show: No refund or credit. 2. Subscription Memberships Cancelation: Cancel 6+ hours before class with no fee. Late Cancellation (<6 hours): £5 late fee applied. No-Show: £10 fee applies; frequent no-shows may restrict booking privileges. Pause Option: Available for extended absences due to illness or travel. 3. Block Packages Cancelation: Cancel 12+ hours before class to retain your class credit. Late Cancellation (<12 hours): Credit is forfeited. No-Show: Credit is forfeited. 4. Workshops & Retreats Cancellation: 14+ days before: Full refund or credit. 7-13 days: 50% refund or credit. Less than 7 days: Non-refundable. No-Show: Workshop fee is forfeited. Transfers: Spots may be transferred to another person with 24 hours' notice. Emergency Cancellations: For emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible; accommodations are at the studio’s discretion.
